You can tell that a lot of care and attention went into the building, and the result is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space. The staff were incredibly nice and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location is perfect—conveniently close to many attractions. I walked to visit Hong Ya Dong and enjoyed some amazing hot pot nearby. There's also a shopping mall nearby, adding even more convenience. With so many things to do in the area, this hotel is definitely the best choice for anyone visiting. Highly recommend!"

"24hr front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff displayed excellent service quality and professionalism. Initially planned to only stay for 2 nights with breakfast. It’s the service, comfort and cleanliness that made us stay for another 4 nights. Wanted to taste the local breakfast in the neighbourhood but opted for hotel breakfast instead until checkout. That’s thanks to staff like 刘德梅 who was obliging, courteous and professional. She was always attentive to our needs (e.g. how to operate the beverage equipment or what’s the best tasty local food of the day). Well ventilated, clean, soundproofed and spacious rooms. Definitely recommending Milky Way Hotel. It’s the staff who make the difference. "
