The staff is great, the location is perfect for us, and the indoor heated pool is a win when you have kids. Room is always clean and the restaurant has delicious food at reasonable price.

This hotel was a huge letdown. The pictures online were completely misleading, and what I walked into was nothing like what was advertised. They didn’t even have proper towels—just old, faded green ones that looked like they belonged at the pool. The place reeked of mustiness, the curtains were filthy and torn, the bathroom paint was chipped, and the heat lamp wouldn’t shut off. Worst of all, a giant roach was crawling down the wall. I killed it with my shoe, but honestly, I shouldn’t have had to deal with that in the first place. Overall, this stay was unacceptable.

The front desk guy was awesome! Walking into the entrance and lobby the place is amazing and very clean. The room was spotless and smelled good. The hotel is full of character and the pool area is impressive. Absolutely recommend to stay and the price was very reasonable as well.

Room was disgusting, moldy beds, blood stains hair and crumbs all over the beds too. Bathroom shower wall had a fist side hole, the tub spout was hanging out of the wall toilet didn’t flush. It’s been 4 almost 5 days my deposit hasn’t been returned. Floor was sticky and had dust bunnies everywhere the curtain was dirty and black and brown grime (supposed to be white or off white)

Very tiny bathroom door. No microwave, but 2 alarm clocks! Super loud obnoxious music at lobby entrance. No ADA ramps for handicapped, stairs very steep and dangerous! Annoying vocal security system at property next door to K rooms. Flashing strobe lights very bright at 5:30 pm and again at 8:00 am. Housekeeping staff was very loud in the mornong in the hallway.

First room we were given the toilet was broken. We were given a second room where we found a vape tucked under the mattress and what looked like could be a small blood stain on the corner of the mattress. These two rooms were on the A wing where the hallway smelled like marijuana. Our third room was in the K wing. No marijuana smells in the hallway. The room was nice and tidy. The beds are mediocre with horrible pillows and extremely cheap bedding. Only bright side to this stay was the kind and curtious front desk clerk.
