Very clean and conveniently located
The property was very clean and new. Location was excellent to access stores (food, lowes, walmart, etc) and to Cherokee lake. The shower pressure was great. Communication with the property manager was easy. We added an extra day without difficulty. Being able to bring your pet/dog was a plus considering boarding in a kennel was not an option for my wife.

Clean, convenient, and affordable rental
My son had a HS fishing tournament on Cherokee Lake. We stayed at this property for the trip. The property is clean and convenient to many things in the area, Walmart, Lowes, and several fast food restaurants. There is a mall and other restaurants in the Morristown area about 20 minutes away. This property is near Carson Newman University as well as UTK. The rental is very clean, updated and has all your essentials. There is ample parking. The owner is very courteous and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property in Jefferson City.
