Welcome to the villa-apartment/studio of Casa Muy Bien! The renovated apartment / studio of 41 m2 with its own front door is located in a quiet area in the residential area Balcon al Mar in Javea. The house and apartment share a beautiful garden with terraces around the house. Upon entering you will see an open new kitchen and a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The kitchen overlooks the pool. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob with new pans, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. In the back you will find the sleeping area with the new queen size bed of 160x200 and sitting area, wardrobe and air conditioning. You can use the lounge terrace with lounge beds and the BBQ terrace with garden furniture, but also the private swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters with underwater lighting. Very cozy for a romantic evening. Within walking distance is a good supermarket with tennis courts and padel courts. The mirador Cap la Nao with the lighthouse is 800 meters away. This is one of four beautiful miradors (viewpoints) in our district. Other amenities in the area include several restaurants and cafes, a bakery, and a hairdresser. In 6 minutes you can drive to the touristic sandy beach with boulevard El Arenal or to the picturesque beach of la Granadella. Javea offers 15 miradors, small bays with beaches, a harbor part with a boulevard, the city with a beautiful medieval center, many sports and water activities. There is much to discover. As the owner, I would like to receive you with a welcome package and to show you around. The apartment is only for rent in the period May/June and September/October. Consult our calendar for this. A wonderful property with a wonderful host
My stay at the property was wonderful. The host was extremely pleasant and accomodating, the facilities were perfect and I would definitely recommend staying here. There was a supermarket just a few minutes from the property, the pool was a great size and in direct sunlight for most of the day, and the outdoor lounge area is a great size. The host provided plenty of towels, tea and coffee facilities, a d the room was extremely clean and a comfortable temperature. I can't recommend this place enough, thankyou again for having me!

Charming flat in a great villa above sea level
The landlady is exceptionally accommodating and concerned. She has helped to make the holiday a sweet memory. One ise really concerned about the satisfaction of the tenants. The flat is relatively inexpensive, offers great comfort within a villa with a large pool, which can be shared, as well as the other surroundings (barbecue area with terrace, etc.). The air conditioning, the modern kitchen with dishwasher left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to spend nights there in the best possible and comfortable bed, to enjoy the mild, gentle climate in Javea with all the possibilities in a great nature there and to return joyfully to the comfortable flat with the level of sophistication that one knows from urban centres. The flat is not very brightly lit due to its design, but all in all this is not relevant because of all the pleasant equipment. If you open all the curtains in the morning, it is bright enough. I can highly recommend this nice value for money and would like to return again. You can be sure that the landlady will take the best care of you.
