"My husband and I stayed one night with our 2 golden retrievers at the Pyramid Lake Lodge 1wk after they re-opened since the fires in Jasper. All of the staff were so welcoming, thankful and happy to be back-to-work. The property was beautiful, and our room had an amazing lake view with parking right beside the room. We loved the in-room fire and balcony, and the Rocky Mountain Soap Co. soaps in the shower. The water pressure was good, the bed was very comfortable, and our stay was peaceful. The only complaint was that someone had spilled lettuce on our balcony and it was not swept off prior to our stay. With dogs they will eat absolutely anything it is preferred that the room AND balcony be fully cleared of any food debris.
We at the Aalto for breakfast. We were there for their first day re-opening, and were their very first customers to try their new menu. The breakfast (Benny and Classic) was absolutely delicious, and the service was great! Would highly recommend dining there during your stay. All in all it was a great experience. We would absolutely stay there again. "
