Celeste was excellent!
The hotel was very nice. What we've come to expect. What really stood out though was the front desk clerk, Celeste. We had a somewhat difficult situation and she was very gracious and accommodating.

Family Holiday World weekend
Staff is very friendly! 2 night stay. Was checked into a dirty room (had not yet been cleaned/ beds not changed from previous stay). Shower dirty with hair attached to walls & clogged/extremely slow to drain. We were out all day the following day, when we returned the room, it had not been cleaned. Called front desk to request new towels, was told there weren’t any because no one had turned any in. Was told I could have mine back in 45 minutes if I brought them down to front desk. Night manager informed me that the staff cleans the rooms every 3 days.

We had a quick one night stay after a busy, hot day at Holiday World. We checked in around 9pm, showered, and went to bed. The beds were much firmer than we are used to but overall clean. The shower had a few hairs from a previous guest. The bathroom lacks an exhaust fan making it very steamy. Overall, the staff was nice at check-in and check-out and during breakfast. We would stay here for a quick turn around trip in the future. My one suggestion would be to put up shorter curtains that actually close. We had parking lot lights shining very bright in our room.

First room we checked into had a horrible odor. Front deck manager moved our room which was nice. Amenities were scarce as far as towels, soap, shampoos. Literally only 2 towels in our room. Coffee in the room and at breakfast was horrible and/ cold. Cups were the smallest cups for coffee ever! Pool was cloudy and extremely small so we didn't even attempt to swim.

Nice clean hotel
The hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. The front desk had no one when we first arrived and when we were checking out. The hotel and rooms very clean and very comfortable.
