Recently fully remodeled home located in the Rail District located just minutes to downtown Jacksonville and the heart of Riverside. The spacious three bedroom two bath that sleeps unto 8 guests. We are about 15 minutes away from Jacksonville International Airport-about 20 minutes from the beaches of Jacksonville and 10 minutes from TIAA Bank Field. Conveniently located near Nemours Children's Hospital.

Ok, but not great
Carpet was nasty, big stains on it. 3 beds without complete sheet set (needed a flat sheet). Rest of the house was clean and nice. Liked the security system and security lights. Gate to fence was falling down. Location was a not-so-great neighborhood. Was really close to Prime Osborn Convention Center, which was good.

The inside was great, small problem for me was that there were no king beds, but the ones they had were very comfortable.. Alsii we were here for Mayo Clinic so the commute was long.

Great location!
House was just as pictured and met all of my family’s needs. Comfortable for 4 adults, 2 kids. Convenient to downtown Jax and easy drive to St Augustine.
