The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was comfortable. I really liked the option of having either a continental breakfast or a buffet. They have a 24hr small store that is also well stocked. Overall enjoyed my stay here! Keep up the good work.

This was my second stay at the Sheraton in the past 6 months. I love the fact that there is no pet fee and only a $25.00 deposit. The room rates are also excellent. The area is nicely landscaped/quiet. My dog is a inside dog and still nervous around others, but he does well here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They were very accommodating to any questions or requests. This will be my first choice when visiting Jacksonville.
