The staff was great however they appeared to be short staffed which made getting my car or dropping off my car a nightmare. I was given and ADA room which I didn't request and to top it off I was double charged for the room I contacted management I guess because they are short on staff I won’t be receiving a response. If this is an indication of the new hotel management I can see this hotel going down real soon.

The staff are super attentive. I have not met an unfriendly one; they all go above and beyond to help you. The extras are nice: free beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, as well as having a rain umbrella in the room closet if you need one (we did!), even free bottled water.
