The place is nice but there is very limited parking around. My in-laws need to to be close to a door but there was limited handicapped parking, all which seemed to be used by ones who really didn't need those spaces (I know! Don't preach to me that all is not visible! I have an invisible illness too (POTS)!!)!

Great price for a nice place to rest for the night. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Not a top notch hotel with tons of amenities but great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Only thing I didn’t like was they charge your card for a $100 damage deposit and refund it after your stay. Why not just wait and charge your card if there is damage?

Overall, excellent stay! Staff allowed me to wait in the lobby for a few hours post checkout while waiting for a late afternoon flight. Shuttle, give 30 min. Prior notification and they will call for the driver. Suited my needs nicely! Would definitely stay again!

Bathtub drain needs to be deep cleaned of rust and mold. Other than that, everything was great. Staff were super friendly, sheets were clean, we had a wedding at 4 and they let us push our check out to 1 without extra charge. Overall, 5 stars and definitely would stay again

Nice property. Extremely close to the airport and shopping and Restaurants. However, they need to have better food for breakfast and the building has some issues. The roof at the entrance was leaking and during our stay the only elevator in the building was out of order. On the brighter side, the staff was nice and the property is conveniently located.

Really liked the hospitality of Paula and DeeDee. They were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The free breakfast, shuttle service to and from the airpott, bottled water and coffee in the room were all delightful and very much appreciated. These amenities really helped me with the affordability of a quick last minute trip tonthe area for a family emergency that was definitely unplanned. The only thing I didn't like was seeing a waterbug/roach in the room behind in the headboard area. Only seen 1 the few days I was at the property. Just want to alert them so they can address this before it becomes a major problem. Also like the attention to detail of housekeepers neat little towell art. Great touch. There also was constant cleaning of the lobby and downstairs areas. Appreciated the clean buffett area and breakfast area. Everything was kept tiddy and supplies stocked for guest during breakfast buffet schedule. Would have like cream cheese for the bagels, but otherwise everything was great and we were like I mentioned very appreciative. Overall the Microtel was affordable, convenient, comfortable, accomodating with stellar customer service. I'll admit it took me a day to get over seeing that waterbug in the room to be able to sleep and not be afraid. But one of my relatives told me since I only saw it once it had probably moved on. Would have liked a small business center with access to computer, printer, and copier. Even with a low fee would be fine.

I can attach pictures of the air-conditioning units in this place are so full of mold. I slept last night with the air conditioner off. I am 66 years old. I do not need an upper respiratory virus from staying in supposedly a Wyndham resort which is not the way I remember Wyndham being I’ll never stay at another Wyndham.
