We had a partial view of the ocean with a very small walk out balcony. It was nice. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was not very comfortable. I was surprised at this considering the price of our stay. Also, it would have been nice to have had a microwave in the room. I had leftovers from dinner and I had to eat my lunch cold.

The property and location were perfect, however the hotel and attention to details was terrible. We paid high end rates and got minimal standards at best. In our room, the cleaning staff only put coffee pods and cups no creamer stirrers or sugar the whole 3 day stay. The products in the bathroom, shampoo, hand soap and body wash were all the same product. Who even knows what that was. The conditioner was actually lotion, which we found out when we washed our hair, and there was no lotion on the bathroom counter. Our remote control had no batteries and we had to complain twice to get those replaced. The gym had no sweat towels or cups for water and the floor was dirty. I was aspecting high end details and we got a super 8 expierence.

Had a great time an everything was great except the bar the bar tenders added gratuity to my ticket with out me seeing it an i am very good about great service an tipping 20% but i didnt not see where it was add so i tiped 20% of my bill so they wind up making 94.58 on a 213 tab an i was a little pissed when. I found out why but i confronted them. They told me we you should had paid attention your ticket. Not what i expected from a 400 a night hotel all pther staf was great an very help full
