Staff were really nice. The second night of our stay was a little rough. Some sort of event was booked on the first floor right below us and they played very loud booming music from 5 pm until about 1130 pm.

I arrived in Jacksonville on a Monday for a work event and went directly to the Holiday Inn hotel. The receptionist was very polite. I had never seen a person as polite as this reception guy . I arrived around 11:30am and he got me a room quickly. Everything was excellent at work. Thank you , this my number one hotels booking.

Stay overall was good. Appreciated the coffee in the lobby to grab a cup as heading out. Would have appreciated a banana, apple or toast or some sort of a breakfast offering would have made the stay perfect

We stayed at this location before and was satisfied with the room and cleanliness of the room. The location is great. This visit we were not satisfied with the 1st room (curtain torn, toilet seat stained, ceiling over shower needs repair). We had to change rooms. The hotel is not being maintained.

This property was decent until we got in our rooms. There was limited towels and tissue. It looked like they just made the bed from the previous occupants. No one came to clean our room...we didnt even get clean towels. I know our kleenex was old and already used because there were only 2 kleenex tissues left. The staff was friendly but the place was a mess. Also, the breakfast is not inlcuded anymore. I rated this place a 2 out of 5 because of the nice staff. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
