The check-in was not good because they don’t have Apple Pay. And I didn’t have a credit card so I had to use my companions credit card. I could not use my Apple Pay. The front desk attendant said a chip card was required to save a card for incidentals. That seems very antiquated way of doing business.

Details were lacking but friendly staff
The first room assigned was not ready for a new guest, but I was quickly reassigned and upgraded by friendly front desk staff. The new room was much better, and overall very comfortable. But detailed cleaning is needed. The windowsill was so dirty that dust bunnies had formed. Further inspection revealed other easy to dust areas like the toilet paper holder, behind and under the coffee maker, and the floor in the bathroom need attention as well. The bed was comfortable and well made, but why did the bottom sheet not fit the mattress?

Always stay here when I am in town. Staff is great, area is safe and quiet. Wonderfully close to restaurants and shops. Everything in room worked fine. Water temperature good. Don’t think you can go wrong with this hotel. Traveling with a service dog which was welcomed and hotel put me in a room convent for my service dog and had potty supplies outside.
