Smelled pretty bad. The listing said it included grab and go breakfast which apparently means a nutri grain bar only. No coffee maker in the room or lobby. I paid the same price for a room the night before at a different hotel that was nicer, cleaner, 24 hour coffee, full breakfast, bigger rooms and didn’t smell. Either get better, or charge less.

Worst experience is when they tell you there is breakfast but only have muffins and coffee. hot water wasn’t working. How do u call this a free breakfast on hotel amenities with only few muffins? Also the bathtub has an excessive rust. Refrigerator is not as cold as it should be.

Not very clean.
The condition of the room could use some work. The bathroom curtain was too short, the area around the tub was looking bad due to water damage. There was hair and needed alot of cleaning. The room smelt so bad like cigarettes or some kinda odor. The sheets had stains on them and the floor in kitchen was sticky. The nightstand was nasty and i had to wipe it myself after seeing some kinda liquid on it. I been to theses hotels before and this was pretty bad.

I was on a trip back to No VA. I made a stop due to requiring urgent care. Decided to stay in Jacksonville, FL. I had difficulty in accessing my room with key card... 3 times. It finally worked. Accommodations were basic as I was staying just overnight.

The only thing I found wrong here in my room 103 was the bad smell of chemicals and dirty ,sticky floor in some areas specially around the beds.Even you could some shoeprints of previous clients.

Don’t go to this hotel, front desk staff was rude the black girl was not polite and not knowledgeable about the billing process to extend my stay. The black man at front desk was even more rude. Not to mention hotel hall way dark and scary.

Stay Very Far Away From This Property
This hotel was horrible. Room was disgusting and had not been cleaned. Staff refused to change the room so we left and booked a different hotel. This hotel refused refunding my money despite the fact that we did not stay there. Staff did not know what they were doing and stated “I only know how to make keys.”

Booked this property because I knew that I would be arriving in the middle of the night and needed a room for a few hours. Claimed to have a 24/7 front desk, but was charged $15 for a late arrival. Called ahead to confirm late arrival and when I arrived at 2am, was told they couldn’t give me a room. Stole my money and told me tough sh*t when I complained that I had no where to go. Booked at another hotel for full price since I had no options.
