Lovely staff, service was well mannered. Our room we had, the ceiling started leaking. We did get accommodations with breakfast. Just wasn’t a fan of it. It’s still appreciated!! Accommodation room was not up to par. Shower water was getting warm, shower was also stopping up in the drain.

I fell in love with this hotel, staff was friendly, bed was extremely comfortable and the location is ideal. I would definitely recommend this place to people and probably be back. We even got goodie bags with cookies and water a great way to welcome guest.

Hotel is old and dated.. carpet in hallways are badly warn out and stained. Carpet and room furniture is badly stained. Shower tiles is stained and moldy. The restaurant breakfast was not good except for our waitress. all the food on the buffet was cold. This property is not up to the Hilton standard Ive experienced over the last 30 years of being a Hilton honors members. This property needs too be renovated.

Room was unacceptable, carpet was heavily stained along with the coach. Would not think to sit on the coach nor walk in that room without shoes. All furniture was dated and the attempt at one time to improve the bathroom failed. Staff was great and my view was nice.

I can't give 5 stars because it wasn't a perfect stay due to 2 issues (air and toilet). They fixed both issues quickly and efficiently. The location was fabulous for the game on Sunday. The beds were comfortable and breakfast ($20) was great. The staff went above and beyond and were so kind to us during our stay. There is a fee for parking so be aware of that additional cost.

Yes, the room felt neglected. The carpet was filthy and very worn. There were large dust clumps that had gathered on the air conditioning vent. The room had a sour smell to it. The walls were very rough from patches that had been painted over. The bathroom cabinet was very old and rough. We didn't have any hot water-the ice cold shower was an unwelcome surprise. My co-worked stayed on the river side of the hotel, and he said his room was nice, but the water was so hot it burnt his hand. He struggled to get the water to a temperature that he could actually tolerate to take a shower. Our positive experience was the young man that checked us in. He was very polite and accommodating with a room mix up and gave us complimentary parking.
