Beautiful house close to airport
Beautiful house with everything we needed to make our trip a great one. Very convenient to the airport. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Neighborhood is very nice and for the most part, pretty quiet. Had an issue with the dog barking next door, but contacted the host and it was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again.

Family Reunion in Jax
This is a wonderful 4 bedroom house that exceeds the pictures posted. Everything we needed for 6 adults and 2 small children. Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, super short commute to the airport, comfy beds, and everything you need in the kitchen. I highly recommend.

This was one of the best places I've stayed. They provided extra amenities that were not expected. There waa six of us and there was ample room for us all. If we needed anything the host was readily available. I really appreciate this. All in all this was a great pick for us and we will stay here again when we return to Jacksonville.

This VRBO was amazing. Very nicely furnished with a lux vibe throughout. The screened in porch was so soothing - ONLY DOWNSIDE - neighbors have very loud dogs which mess up the ambience of indoors and outdoors which would catch us off guard as we didn’t know when or what time we’d hear them. OVERALL - this was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it. Just know about the dogs and you can get your mind right for them barking up the tranquil peace that you’d get otherwise.

Superb Accommodations
Picture perfect escape with everything we needed to feel at home. The property is pristine with a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks; and bathrooms with toiletries if you forgot something. Less than a mile from the interstate, which was the perfect location for our day trips to Amelia Island, Downtown and Shopping Centers. We really enjoyed our stay, and are planning our next visit! This was a perfect house for us - older relatives spending time together and attending a pro game in Jacksonville. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac and had all the amenities one could ask for. The property was nice, but you should know beforehand about the rules. There are extra rules that you will find out about days before your stay. Please don't take this wrong way because it was no problem, but it may be for some. The overall experience was nice and comfortable.

So unfortunately me and my family were unable to stay at this location. However I did want the future guests to know and be aware of the lengthy requirements and house rules the owner has for you upon check-in. I thought it was quite odd but maybe it's because of the area in which the house is in. Another odd thing that raised an eyebrow was the random reminder of the master bedroom closet being off limits and the constant reminder that cops would called. There are several mentions of damage fees for different things(missing remotes,putting curling iron on counter,losing fob).To be honest it made me a little uncomfortable and nervous how much this was reinterated through the communication text messages. Book at your own risk though.
