The room was fine. Typical of other Alofts I have stayed at. The lobby / bar area was also fine and typical of the brand. The biggest drawback was the noise. The corridors were loud from people and doors slamming. My room was a first floor unit and I would suggest requesting an upper floor room as the parking lot noise was an issue.

Sam was so helpful and friendly. He was able to get us reservations last minute at a restaurant nearby and followed up on our experience. He made our stay excellent. The shower needs a shelf for products. There was nowhere to put anything.
