Unfortunately I never experience this instant whereas I have to pay an additional $125 to Expedia after the obese clerk claimed she could accept my reservation due to my daughter using the reservation due to my having the flu. My daughter and I both has the same last name and the confirmation number just a different first name. After speaking to the clerk she could not cite where this regulation was stated all the time being obnoxious and chewing in my ear. This individual displayed a very poor representation of the Hilton chain, and their other hotels with more competent and professional employees.
