Could not have been happier with our stay at the Rockwell. (Well, they could use new mattresses and a shelf in the shower but that’s just knit-picking) comfortable large rooms, convenient to dining, shopping and the parks, good breakfasts, and great staff.

This is a perfect location for visiting downtown Jackson Hole. It is within walking distance of shopping and dining. It was within walking distance to Dave Hansen Adventures for Snake River Floats and Rafting. The Tour of the Grand Tetons picked us up from the hotel. A free breakfast was available daily. It was adequate. Fresh chocolate chip cookies were available at 5 pm daily. The cookies were delicious. We booked the studio apartment. It was nice to have the kitchen. My only disappointment was that the room looked dated but the positives out weigh that detail. I would definitely stay there again.

The hot tub did not work and was so disappointed by this because we were looking forward to the hot tub after a day of hiking. We booked this hotel based on it having a hot tub so was greatly disappointed. However, everything else was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and the ladies cooking the breakfast did an amazing job at keeping everything on the serving line filled.

I know you are new and refinished. We slept in a non-handicap room and my partially disabled wife had a very difficult time extricating herself off the very low toilet, I also had a harder than usual time. Perhaps in rooms with these ultra-low toilets, grab-bars could be added.

Fantastic choice
Beautiful Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. You can walk to lots of shops and restaurants. If you’re taking a tour there are a lot of tour buses that stop right across the street for pick up. The hotel has easy parking and I saw electric car parking also. The only thing I thought was strange was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap containers are left on a shelf outside of the shower so you have to be reaching for them when you’re wet or put them on the floor of the shower while your shower because there’s no shelf. There needs to be a shelf in the shower or some type of holder. But other than that, this hotel is fantastic. And breakfast was excellent nicely presented a lot of fruit available, a lot of healthy choices available. Overall it’s just a wonderful stay.

Very nice staff, good room. Good food nearby. Compact room is fine for two and saves a little in this pricey area. Complementary Tesla destination charger. There are also paid chargers on site. Cookies at 5.

Last minute Gem!
This was a last minute booking and we absolutely loved it! We usually have a handful of places we stay at when we come to Jackson but this time our original booking fell through (our mistake) which left us scrambling for a hotel after coming across the country to stay here. I'm so glad we were able to get one of the last rooms available. It was such an amazing stay that Rockford had been added to our last of places were willing to stay.
