Was just ok nothing special. Beer caps in pull out couch when we opened. Doesn’t seem like it gets a good deep clean after each stay. Hairs all over bathroom floor. Been in worse but for the money was just ok

Great place, clean, comfortable and convenient
This was our first time staying at this hotel. When my husband attended the game/comic con in Ithaca, we chose this place, and I was very satisfied with it. Ithaca is not a big town, so while the hotel is outside the downtown area, it’s still close to everything, especially the campus. There’s a P&C Market and Collegetown Bagels next to the hotel. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The fireplace was a nice bonus.

Pleasant and functional
We were greeted and serviced quickly by friendly front-desk staff upon check-in. Our fireplace room was fine with a firm king-sized mattress and 4 pillows. There was one desk chair and one padded chair. The heater could be more efficient... it worked well, but the air blew behind the heavy curtain so the sensor registered it being warmer in the room than it was. I kept turning the heat up during the night as there was only one sheet with a light comforter. The room and furnishings were clean and all were functioning. The shower was stocked with dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner, along with bar soaps, shower cap, and facial cream sample. We had to park a ways from our room when we returned at 11 p.m. as the parking lot was quite full. Our room was very quiet at night in spite of the hotel seeming very full. Breakfast was well stocked and attended and included hot and cold dishes. I didn't sample the meat, which looked like a cross between bacon and ham, but I made an egg and cheese sandwich that was tasty. Juice , water, and coffee were available any time. It was just outside of Ithaca, but easy to get to and close enough to the city center that we could go back & forth between activities.

When you book here, there is no indication it’s a pet-friendly hotel pets unless you read the fine print. And that pets are allowed in ANY ROOM, even if you read the fine print. I am allergic to both cats and dogs, and felt awful during and after my stay. A pet-friendly hotel with carpets? There’s no way to rid a room like that of cat hair and dog dander. It feels extremely negligent not to make that clear to visitors. Also, a dog 2 doors down barked late at night and woke me early in the morning. The asst manager was less than interested in my commentary. The doors to the different sections of the hotel did not lock, so anyone could enter, which felt very unsafe. Then there was no coffee at breakfast. I finally found the woman in charge of the cafeteria, and she said she’d replace it. I asked how long she thought it would be, and she told me “as long as it takes me.” Her pants were falling down and as she walked away, I could see her butt crack, I kid you not. Particularly awful in food services. There was coffee available 12 mins later, after I had to get the manager to push her. You can’t make this stuff up. The hotel was really awful, mostly because of its hidden yes-to-pets policy (couldn’t that be reserved for specific rooms in a separate part of the hotel?) but also because the staff didn’t seem to care about it’s customers at all. Would never stay there again.

Terrible experience, not worth the price
When we checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. The bed sheets were all over the place and house keeping did not clean the room with the guest before. When I informed the front desk, the lady working there was shocked that it had not been cleaned and gave us another room. We stayed there for two days. On the day of check in , I informed the hotel that I would like housekeeping. After the first day, I came back to the room without housekeeping done. On the second day when we were leaving, housekeeping woke up with a knock on the door at 8:45 am, way to early for housekeeping.
