Depois de um upgrade para um quarto com cama king, esperava-se realmente que fosse um upgrade. Porém, a impressão que tive, é que foi um downgrade. Um quarto bem mais ou menos, com um criado mudo somente e parede com parede com a cozinha do hotel, portanto extremamente barulhento por conta disso. A cozinha terminava a limpeza perto das 00:00, então barulho de água da torneira e pratos e tralheres batendo, era constante. Às 05:00 começava tudo novamente. Entramos no quarto não tinha controle para a TV, quando nos deram o controle a TV não funcionava. Tivemos que chamar a moça da recepção para nos ajudar. Talvez tenham dado 4 estrelas para esse hotel por conta da estrutura, mas pelos quartos comuns, é no máximo 3 estrelas. Com relação à limpeza, não é lá aquelas coisas. Copos que foram usados por termos pedido bebidas do restaurante do hotel, nunca foram tirados no quarto. Ficaram ali todos os dias restantes. Acredito que existam hotéis melhores para se hospedar. Somente o que salva nesse hotel é a cortesia dos funcionários, de resto não pretendo voltar ao Quality.

O hotel não tem calefação e realmente passei mutio frio durante a noite. Os vidros não tem proteção acùstica, e permite a passagem de som dos carros da rua. Não tinha agua mineral no quarto nem para compra.
