We were pleasantly surprised to find they have dedicated staff to keep the kids happy with various fun activities throughout the day. The facility is slightly dated but it's still quite lovely, right on the beach and a great brrakfast. We were happy with our stay there.

Hidden gem

This place was really nice. The access to the beach was fantastic and the staff always at your service. For english speakers, bring someone who can either speak spanish or preferably portugese. The staff does not speak english at all. The access to the beach was fantastic, because there are fewer establishments on this beach, it was more secluded. Overall, a very nice place.

Pelo custo benefício o hotel deixou muito a desejar. O quarto que ficamos tinha cheiro de mofo e com muitos itens necessårios de manutenção. No ambiente em que tomamos cafÊ tambÊm. Tinha bancos soltos, almofadas rasgadas e a mobília era velha. A parte boa do hotel e que ele Ê pÊ na areia. Para quem quer descansar e um dos diferenciais. De modo geral pelo preço que pagamos não valeu a pena.

Hotel confortável, com café da manhã bom. Não gostei do atendimento na receção - em momentos diferentes fui atendida por 3 funcionários, todos confusos e ríspidos. Única interação agradável foi com as funcionárias da limpeza, todas muito educadas e solícitas. No café da manhã, não recolhem os pratos/copos/xícaras sujos da mesa até que você acabe a refeição - estávamos em mesa de 6 pessoas, com crianças... a mesa cheia de utensílios, pratos com cascas de frutas e não recolheram nada. Fiquei bem decepcionada... Próximo ao hotel não tem muita opção para comer à noite, bem limitado...

LamentĂĄvel, mas a pura realidade.

A localização do hotel e maravilhosa, ja faz 3 temporadas na qual fui com minha família. Infelizmente o hotel esta aos pedaços. Necessidade de reforma urgente, pois não esta mais oferecendo nenhum conforto para os hóspedes. Piscina extremamente suja e com pisos quebrados com risco de machucar alguÊm. Madeira do deck ja foi remendado com taboas. Os quartos muito mal conservado, portas e janelas com buracos e todas travando. As cadeiras de praia estão extremamente sujas e quebradas. O atendimento e cordialidade dos funcionårios e muito bom e o cafÊ da manhã maravilhoso. O pessoal da recreação são muito bons e atencioso com as crianças, faz toda diferença. A praia e a vista para o mar são um espetåculo, mas infelizmente foi nossa última hospedagem neste hotel.

Muito bom.

O Hotel precisa de mudanças. Móveis antigos e as cadeiras de praia todas velhas e desgatadas. A piscina parece maior nas fotos. Tirando isso o resto Ê muito bom. O Wi-Fi Ê ótimo. O cafe da manhã Ê maravilhoso, com muita variedade.O atendimento na praia Ê otimo. Seu Jorge Ê bem solicito e atencioso.
