Location is very good, right by the T1 tram that takes you to all the tourist places. Rooms and cleaning services are also very good. However, the staff is not that nice. When it was time to check out, they didn’t even give me a minute to check my room one last time and they were waiting outside the door the whole time. Made me very uncomfortable. Next time I would probably stay at any hotel near the T1 line, not this one.

I ordered queen suite for 2 adults 2 children the hotel insisted to put only 2 towels when I asked for 2 more the answer was that the staff already gone and that i have 2 bath robe and its mor than enough. I spent 6 days and only in 3 days i got 4 towels the res i had to manage with 2 towels. the same happened with blankets and pillows, they charge for 4 peoples but provide towels and blankets for 2. at the first day there was not hot water at all. I had a lot of expectations from the hotel but i was very disappointed.

Location of tophane suites was perfect. Easy walking distance to the different neighborhoods. Having a larger place to stay with a kitchen was great. I would stay here for pur next visit.

Need A Hotel Name Sign
It was good experience overall except for the hotel name sign is too small. When we were about to check-in we kept circling the area for 3 times using google maps looking for the hotel but we couldn't find it cause there's no hotel name sign above the building. Although there is a very small one on main door, but it can't be seen if you are looking up for a hotel name sign. Other than this everything was actually good.

I booked 6 rooms in this hotel for a family gathering. The rooms' conditions were excellent. The hotel's staff and workers were very friendly and were always welcome to questions and requests. Comfortable hotel, good location, walking distance to Karaköy, Galata and beyond. Room was big with fold out sofa bed for kids. Light switches were confusing. Breakfast was pretty good although more fruit would have been nice. Rooftop seating area was nice.
