Excellent hotel just a 5 minute taxi ride from the main city. Fantastic pool area. Unbelievable views of the Bosphorus. Excellent food options. A little expensive but worth the extra cost.

This property is far from all the major attractions. Some taxis don’t want to take you to this hotel in the evenings because of the traffic and some will charge you double the amount to go here. Hotel itself is really nice. We had great view from our room. Staff at breakfast buffet were not attentive or I should say may be racist. We noticed that they were ignoring us even after my husband called one staff twice. My husband then pointed it out to him about ignoring. He just stayed quiet and walked away.

Love the location. Size of the suite we stayed at and responsiveness of the staff. The hotel is very noisy……We could hear the conversation of the next door tenants. The hotel was so full that it was hard to find a seat in the lobby or pass through without bumping into people. Frankly it was like the bazaar.

**A Wonderful Stay with Warm and Memorable Service** My stay at Swissôtel Bosphorus was overall fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed, with great amenities and restaurants that truly elevate the experience. I especially want to highlight the exceptional dinner experience we had on Floor16, where Bushra and her team made us feel so welcome. Their warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail created a memorable evening for us. Although we did face some noise issues during the night, Faith, the manager, handled the situation with such professionalism. He arranged for a room change and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the wonderful service from both Bushra’s team and Faith, my time at Swissôtel Bosphorus was truly enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking both luxury and genuine hospitality in Istanbul.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful view of garden and Bosphorus. Only negatives: hard to get cabs to and from the hotel and fridge is one of the old style mini bars where you are charged when you remove an item. Also- No space to refrigerate anything you might purchase elsewhere. Otherwise food and service were great. Room was spacious and comfy.
