The Sheraton disappointed from the start by not honoring the room I reserved, offering a much smaller one instead—a clear lack of professionalism. Housekeeping was inconsistent; I had to remind them to replace towels and refresh essentials in the bathroom. Overall, the experience felt far below Sheraton standards, more like a three-star hotel than the quality you’d expect.

Old hotel. Just when entered you will fell this smell.. like 100 cat sheathing there. Climat cant fixing in room. They have local sistem. My showing like +25 and you cant changed. Breakfast was nice. Not bad. Reseption was not friendly..when i asked to give me room in upper flor they say Sorry...we are full.a book. But in booking showing like alote of room still available. So.. if you expected Sheraton services wich you get in world - this hotel bed choice.

Les pido un favor muy especial.No recomienden este Hotel para nada.Haganle un bien a los futuros visitantes. Literalmente se está cayendo a pedazos. El Departamento de House keeping, pareciera no existiera, es de no creer la pobreza en la limpieza de los cuartos.Jamas me había pasado algo igual en un hotel, está haciendo quedar muy mal a la cadena Marriott.Jamas regresaría a ese Hotel.Terrible experiencia.
