Great location with a pool and views.
We spent three nights in Istanbul at the end of our European holiday. Seven Hills was perfectly located near the Grand Bizarre, Blue Mosque, lots of places to eat and the Basilica Cistern. Also has a pool which is perfect for lazy mornings before heading out. The hotel was so beautifully decorated I can’t imagine what it would have been like as a palace/home. We also had views of the Bosphorus.

This is a beautiful hotel near the beach and all the main attractions. The staff provided excellent service. The spa hammam with massage was excellent. The breakfast was also very good.

1 nuit dans ce bel hôtel proche de Sultan Ahmet. Personnel accueillant serviable et aimable. Literie de très bonne qualité. Diner excellent. Le point faible reste l'accès aux chaines de television très limité pour la clientèle turque et surtout internationale attentive aux informations. A revoir au plus vite.

Great location for Istanbul attractions
Staff service was excellent. Room cleaned to high standard and overall condition of the hotel (including pool area) was very good. Hotel offered an airport transfer service which was very efficient and made the start and end of our holiday more pleasant. The other major service at the hotel was the spa and whilst we didn't use all the services, what we did use were clean with attentive staff. Only negative we would mention is the price of the food and drink, bearing in mind we found the breakfast excellent. We stayed in our first night and whilst we enjoyed the food, it was expensive and we found similar dishes much cheaper elsewhere when we explored Istanbul. We probably would have had more evening meals at the hotel if they offered a discount for hotel residents. Apart from this, the location of the hotel makes it an ideal base to visit the major attractions.

Very clean, quaint hotel overlooking Sea of Marmara and in walking distance to many major tourist sites such as Hagia Sophia. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable - and our upgraded room even had its own private hot tub. Hotel itself has a sizable swimming pool. Front desk and other staff were outstanding, extremely helpful in arranging for tours, taxis, etc. Hotel included a plentiful breakfast each day, though options got a bit monotonous after 6 days. Hotel overlooks ocean. Only negative - food and drink at hotel's restaurant was not very good and pricey.

Exceptional service from a well trained friendly staff. Hotel manager was very kind and helpful and explained everything we needed to know on our first day. He allowed us to check in early and it helped a lot as we were extremely tired at the time of arrival. Facilities were amazing, room was very comfortable and clean. Location was very close to the attractions. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Seven Hills Palace is a nice hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms and public spaces are smaller than they appear in the photos. The warm beers we got at the bar the first day were quite expensive so we bought drinks off site and brought them back to drink by the pool after that. The breakfast was very good.

Great view and friendly staff.
We had a great time here. Everything was great. People were very helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that we were told that breakfast starts at 7:30am. We tend to go to breakfast bright and early. We were there at 7:30am. But it told them almost another 30 minutes to setup it all up. I wish they would be ready before the time guests are supposed to come. Other than that, it was all good.

Overall this was such a cute, historic and friendly place to stay! The service was kind, the hotel itself was gorgeous, and the location was unbeatable--just 10 mins or so walk from all the Old Town tourist sites. Local restaurants were even closer--so many to choose from! It was also one of the few with a pool! The only downside was the food--we didn't love our dinner at the hotel restaurant so we went out to eat, which was great anyway! The breakfast was ok- lots of small Turkish options but not enough variety. We craved good scrambled eggs, sausages, and pancakes but they don't offer that.
