There were bad room services, and the hotel office was delayed in response. There is no breakfast; indeed, most of the hotels in Istanbul provided, if they were costly. I am not recommending the Queen Airport Hotel to my friends.

The shower did not have a door. The telephone did not work. The lights would turn off if the card was not in the card holder and you could not find where the card holder is to put your card in it because it was completely dark. You have to have a flashlight at first to find the card holder and door knob.

Well maintained, clean and comfortable hotel . Easy to reach the airport. Good internet connection. As opposed to some reviews, a free shuttle to the airport was not provided and the hotel was charging EUR 10 per person per way. There is limited dining options nearby with a good restaurant across the road but not many other options. One thing to mention is that the shower is small and the water was very hot and it was difficult to set the water temperature without burning oneself... something that perhaps the hotel can look into. Nevertheless overall a good place for a short stay.
