Amazing hotel that still keeps its old school practices of bell service and daily morning paper. While not necessary, it added to the overall grandness of the hotel. The hotel is slightly on the older side but is in meticulous condition and still has a grand feel. Service is top notch and staff are extremely well trained and helpful.

Very high quality hotel directly opposite Kanazawa Station. Beautiful lobby and room. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Porter service was convenient and helped us to bring our luggages to our room. Toyota car rental in located in the same building. The hotel services from the welcome greeting, intro to the room and suggestions to visit area were all great. I was delighted to take the recommendations as well as visit the evening “lights on” at the garden. The location is conveniently near to the station as described and I appreciated the under path walkway to access from train station, especially on a rainy day. The room’s city view (23rd floor) to the sea shore on the horizon was a great way to open the day. I stayed twice and would stay again.
