The ac unit in our room didn’t work and we reported it to front desk twice. We had to pay for parking which was expensive for not guaranteed parking spot since it was a small property. The pool was shut down.

A computer issue kept me waiting an hour & 1/2 for a room key. (I had been driving for 3 hours & hadnt eaten) There was only one elevator working. Sacks of dirty linen were stashed in the corridor. There were no tissues or amenities in the room. The front desk staff tried to be helpful.

We stayed here one night as we were attending an event at Hyatt Regency in NPB. This is our 2nd time stayed at this hotel and we really liked as we felt safe, the room is clean and the front desk staff are very kind, always ready to help and answer our questions.

It was fine. Room was a nice size, bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure but bathroom was just okay. The towels could be replaced though.
