The first room we had smelled so bad of cat urine we had to go down and have our room changed. This is after a 9 hour travel day. Some of the outlets in the new room didn’t work which isn’t a big deal. We also had ants in the bathroom which we didn’t complain about because we were just too tired. When you have to make an out of state trip for a family emergency it just makes things a little more frustrating when you have to gather all your belongings and go back down stairs to get new keys to a new room.

The swimming pool is to small, shower towels to old, no microwave, charge to much for food and parking, no room service. Very bad experience in this hotel

Great hotel and restaurant
Room was clean, well appointed and quiet even though the hotel was full. The toilet was self flushing cause the pump was leaking and the front desk sent maintenance to fix it within 10 minutes of my reporting it. It was replaced immediately and didn’t cause any issues again for the rest of the stay. The hotel restaurant was amazing also. Freshly cooked meals, not just heat and serve like at a lot of hotels. I highly recommend this location.

Did not like the fact that we got there tired and ready to all our luggage of 4 to our room. We checked in and as soon as we open the door we saw a one mi g bed! Paid for 2 queen bed.. here we go all of us back to lobby to say we got the wrong room. Took few minutes and got the correct room. Then, there are 4 of us stating and only given 3 towels. Paying parking g to stay at the hotel it’s nonsense !!
