Really convenient place to stay for events in the city centre. I was impressed by the hotel's efforts to be green including on site energy generation. Safe place to lock our bikes. Excellent breakfast and beautiful decor in the public areas. We didn't get time to view the on site brewery/distillery....maybe next time. Staff were polite but busy. I would stay again.

Try and not stay in room 917 in the Waterview section. Last room at the back of the building right above where they roll service carts in and out. Very noisy room with the carts and music. Takes the toilet 3 minutes of filling after flush and very noisy. Ok hotel but definitely not worth $340 a night.
While I would highly recommend staying here I may get mention that if you plan to sleep in, this may not be your spot. Simply because of the age of this beautifully renovated apartment, there are lots of noises as other guests move around.
Everything about the hotel was great. Unfortunately, our remote for the tv failed and hotel was unable to fix.
As well, I am 6’3” tall and the shower was quite compact.
Very nice property and the brewery tour was great! Beautiful hotel!

The property and location was stunning! The staff helped with every step of our stay- from taxi scheduling to tour schedules and baggage storage because we were on the go! I will be coming back for a much longer stay for sure!

This was a great hotel and centrally located. The staff were very accommodating. My mom can’t do stairs very well. They were able to give her a ground floor room so she wouldn’t have to go up stairs. It overlooks the River Ness with restaurants within walking distance. It was a great hub for our adventure in the Highlands.
This place is old and run down! I booked a room that could sleep 3 people thinking it was a “family” room but it was the tiniest most claustrophobic room. For the price they charge - this room was pathetic! This place had no elevators so we had to carry our 4 suitcases ourself with no help from the staff. Ali the concierge was very nice and helpful. I would give him 4 stars! They have free breakfast but the breakfast is basic. The Sunday roast at their hotel restaurant wasn’t bad but it was too pricey for what we were served. I was paying 4 star hotel prices with 1 start hotel! It was terrible room and I didn’t want to stay in it at all so stayed out all day only to come back to sleep. I wish I had chosen another option but if you are looking for a hotel… don’t book this one!
The property is located on the River in Inverness convenient and dinning to shopping within close walking distance. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The inn has a restaurant facility and pub. I can highly recommend this establishment. LD MOSS
This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We loved our room - it seemed like we had the nicest suite in the hotel - high ceilings, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, it was a treat! The restaurant was excellent, so lovely to have breakfast included. The beer and distillery tour was great, too! It was a lovely place to stay.
