When we arrived at the hotel we were told breakfast was not available at the property, however there are plenty of restaurants within a 15 mins walk to town. The bed was very comfy and clean however we had no running water most of the time and the pipes in the room were so loud which I can only think we're from other guests using water. When we went down to reception to speak to someone there was never anyone around.

While it's a slightly older building, the rooms were nice and spacious. Located in a quieter neighbourhood area of Inverness, but within walking distance of the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay, but the bathroom woodwork was dusty. Wouldn't have taken much do clean. Young man at the bar/reception was great. Had to wait 30 mins after check in opened as room wasn't ready, but otherwise pleasant stay and would return.

Good stay for the money

The hotel overall is pretty good. Our room was very spacious and had a fridge. The bathroom was big. Shower worked fine. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast or evening meals anymore but that didnt bother us. We would stay again as the location was lovely and we could easily walk into town in ten minutes.

The hotel was spot on. Clean quiet very pleasant staff. No food served as the restaurant is under going work. Which was stated when we booked. It is close enough to the town to get food or pubs for a good drink. Will definitely be back again in the future.

Room was very clean and excellent size, there was a fridge which we were happy about. The area was very quiet. They do not serve food on site but do you a small bar for drinks. They did only have shampoo/body wash in the shower but we had our own so did not affcet us. The desk is not manned at all times so it may be a self check in certain days or times. Over all it was one of the nicer rooms we stayed in over our 2 week holiday.
