Living Area:
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to unwind. The sofa also turns into a queen sized pull out in case you need additional sleeping space. There is a 50" Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ that you can log into or watch your favorite shows or sports on our cable package!

Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom:
Spacious room with a Queen size bed completed with premium linens + pillows. Its own En-Suite, and walk-through closet. Finished off with a 42" Smart tv and premium cable package. Spend a little extra time in bed watching your favorite movies.
Bedroom 2:
Well-sized room with 2 single beds for that extra flexibility for sleeping arrangments.
When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favorite dish or try something new in the kitchen, it has everything you need to get the job done with ease. It also features a sit up breakfast bar with seating for two where you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door where adventure awaits.
You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
–Tongs for grilling on the BBQ.
– Full set of knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers
– Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and your basic condiments.
Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent. You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.
Panorama Ski Hill: The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 22:00 and 07:00
2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis. If there is additional cleaning required for excessive dog hair there will be extra cleaning charges.
4. There is no smoking permitted in the property including vapes. Smoking is permitted on the deck and outside area but guests are required to dispose of there butts responsibly.
5. We ask that you please respect the neighbors as they are great people.
6. We provide a high quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
