Check In Man with glasses, was terrible. He seemed frightened to talk to a guest. It was the check in guy at the next desk who was serving someone else, that shouted over to me "Welcome to The Hey Hotel". My own check in man then told me that room 530 was on the 4th floor. What an idiot, needs to be dismissed. Another problem was that there did not appear a full container of hand soap and the bath one as well appeared nearly empty. On Day 1, the evening, they both ran out. On Day 2 after my room had been serviced, BOTH hand and bath gels had NOT been replaced. So I had NO hand soap and NO bath soap. Despite me alerting reception, these were not replaced. Reception appeared very busy with a Japanese tour group checking In, and the maintenance man was busy because someone was stuck in one of the lifts.
