This hotel fit the bill on many fronts . . location, great breakfast facility, really nice front staff, comfortable bed. , free transportation to the airport just a few blocks away. The only thing I did not particularly like was the bathroom design which had glass walls to the sleeping area. . . not at all private.

We loved staying here while in Innsbruck. Staff welcoming & helpful. (Communicate fluently in German or English) Our room was spacious & clean. We overlooked a busy street but with the windows closed noises were blocked. (Usually AC is not a concern for us but it was warmer than average in September so we actually used it at night) Great location! Around the corner to a street leading to old town and around the opposite corner to catch two local buses (at Maria-Theresien Str stop) we wanted to utilize. Breakfast was included with our rate and offered many coffee drinks, tea, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs & more. The breakfast staff also excellent.

Wonderful staff, clean hotel rooms, and right in the city center (about 15-20 minutes from the INN airport). Walked right out the door and had plenty of options for food, drinks, and museums/cultural events (there was a fair happening down the street from the hotel when we visited with pop-up shops, bars and food). Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in heart of the Innsbruck historic district. It is a very well kept property with extremely good customer service. All the good food places were an easy walk. Bedding was good and internet was decent speed for a free hotel connection. The best was good parking arrangement with a partner hotel that made life easy for us.

The front desk staff was very gracious, polite, friendly, and efficient. Both Maria, who I believe is the manager and Kim were wonderful to deal with at check in, This hotel is both beautiful and extremely well located on the edge of the old town… I chose the room rate to include breakfast, which I would highly recommend… I am 55 years old and it is the most beautiful breakfast buffet I have ever had in my life, complete with every choice you can think of, including exotic fruits from around the world… Such as passionfruit and dragon, fruit, and a host of others! Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you so much
