To start with the positives, the service was great and the location was walking distance to the old town. I also thought their top floor spa and deck were really cool. Other than this, I did not love this hotel. The design of the hotel space including the lobby and room felt very basic sort of 70s feel. The historic cafe felt historic and grand but that style did not continue to the hotel itself. The room was basic with a bathroom very small with a bad plastic shower. I went in October so I had to keep the window open to stay cool, but then my sleep was disrupted from loud people on the street.

We loved our large loft room and the central location of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Being an older building, the soundproofing is really bad, having to lock the door with a physical key from the inside when returning and the outside when leaving was a hassle, and the shower water pressure could be improved. But having said that, the spaciousness of the room we had, the view, and the service were great. The beds were also very comfortable.

Loved the location - the beds and rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic (hot and cold options). Only critique is the shower does not have a door so you either flood the entire bathroom or have the pressure SO LOW that you think the shampoo will never wash out. But overall, absolutely would stay again - excellent staff, rooms and location

The location is excellent--close to the train station and the heart of the city. The room was perfect for two and spic and span. Desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. One couldn't ask for a better experience.

Good location nice coffee shop which is where breakfast is served. Access to a sauna and steam bath was a bonus and all very clean. slightly strange config for a family studio room but otherwise worked ok for a nights stay. Part of the hotel is new and part looks to be an older building.

Hotel Central is located in an unbeatable location, a paid parking lot is just steps from the hotel lobby. Once you make your check in, you can walk everywhere. The Old Town is not more than a 5 minutes walk, and the area is full of restaurants and shops. Just be careful, if your stay includes a Sunday, almost everything is CLOSED !!

Incredible Location

Location is amazing, parking garage is right across the street. Innsbruck however has lot of construction going on with several streets closed to traffic and so to get to the parking garage... took forever. This was not the hotel's fault just how things are. They were very helpful with advise on where to eat etc. Room was very comfortable.
