"This home is very nice....it's been updated and has an enormous kitchen with a 15' counter for prepping on one side and stools on the opposite one. Large and comfy sectional sofa in living room along with a pool table, as well as a very large Smart TV. Many windows with a gorgeous view of the back yard, river and the many birds and turtles that live on it. Additionally there is a massive back porch with plenty of seating, fire place, grills for the perfect outdoor hangout. We enjoyed watching the geese, ducks, cranes, and dozens of other birds as they went about their days, honking and quacking and chirping. If quiet is what you crave, then it is here in abundance and you will not be disappointed in this lovely home."

"Location and water view is wonderful. Launched our canoe and paddled up and down the river on and offduring 4 day stay.Cooked on the grill and ate in the sunset. Played badminton with the children on the spacious fenced in grounds.House inside was clean but really needs some tender care. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Dinning room seating was only for four people needs two more chairs for a family to sit together. Kitchen fully equipped . Nothing flashy if you are looking for a glamorous house but comfortable if you are not fussy. Ac vents really need cleaning as do the windows. Stairs difficult with invalids or small children and need some repair . Living room could do with a couple of side lamps. It was a wonderful place but really needs a personal touch or you neepropertyrd "
