Walk from the cottage to shops, restaurants, bars and local services as well as the SNCF train station, a 7-minute walk away. Come from Nantes or Angers by train and your vacation without a car! By bike or on foot, the Loire à vélo cycle route promises you great discoveries on its paths along the river.

This small 50m² house is perfect for a couple or a small family with two young children. Living room of 30m² with open fitted kitchen, dining area, small living room with sofa and rocking chair, television (stove not functional). Join the terrace from the living room. The outdoor space of approximately 80m² is entirely enclosed by walls. You can therefore store your bikes there safely. Available on the terrace: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, shed, armchairs, children's games.

Take the Japanese staircase to go upstairs where you will find a small bedroom (8.50m² at a height of 1m80 and 16m² on the floor) with a 160 x 200 cm memory foam mattress bed. The room is bright thanks to its 3 windows. A second room upstairs has a large wardrobe as well as 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm which can accommodate 2 children on request.

Ideas for outings / activities: Cruise boat trip or traditional Loire boat on the Loire departing from Saint Florent le Viel, Montjean-sur-Loire or Champtoceaux. To do, to admire the royal river: the small characterful town of Saint Florent le Viel and the sailors' village of Montjean-sur-Loire 10 minutes away, the most beautiful panorama of the Loire at Champtoceaux sur Loire 40 minutes away. And visits for all tastes: the Moulin de l'Epinay, the Musée des Métiers, the Julien Gracq Museum, the Vine and Wine Museum of Anjou... the medieval Château d'Oudon...
