This property has had many different names in the 25 years I've been driving to LA, and the Signature was surprisingly nice. Did not expect such a clean, comfortable room off the 10 for this price. The "suite" is massive and reasonably well furnished. Sit/stand desk, comfortable bed, sofa and lots of funky table lamps. Bathroom is huge, even has a makeup mirror. Looked at breakfast, didn't bother. Only hangups are drone like staff, lots of freeway noise (has to be awful if you're near the south end of the building) and no sidewalk to the casino (actually has a great restaurant - POM Cafe)

Not good breakfast options, no bacon or sausage, only salty scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy (which I don't eat) bananas looked old and brown Sorry.... And the WORST air conditioning!! Its Palm Springs & obviously gets very hot, they have changed to the "Eco type" air-conditioning which suck! They dont blow cold air when theres no movement in the room, so if you're asleep, you end up waking up because its way too hot in the room, plus the bathroom NEVER cools down! They used to have great air-conditioning

I HATE the air conditioner! Its Palm Springs, and its one of those that you cant control on the unit, so it only goes as low as 68 degrees, and then goes off if there is no movement in your room..which makes NO sense. Obviously you aren't walking around when you're sleeping. So room was way to hot for me to get comfortable, and bathroom remained hot and never cooled down. Room was 78 degrees when i entered it, and cooled off to only 68 degrees after running the air nonstop

Check in was easy. Shame on one person working. Room was adequate. Nothing spectacular BUT they DO allow pets. Maybe next time. Housekeeping could use a “deep clean “ more often. Bed was great. CLEAN linens are a MUST. They did great there. Breakfast….. the sausage needs to be cooked more thoroughly. Coffee and NO CUPS. When asked, two people looked and found none.SERIOUSLY ! The only person who knew where they might be was the cook. Last but certainly not least, A small bar of face soap would be wonderful. Most women don’t use body soap on their face. Heaven knows we paid more than enough to afford it. All in all … adequate. No more no less.
