I stayed in a kitchen suite. The accommodations were clean, comfortable. The walkability to restaurants, basketball games and CVS were great. The only challenge was the noise below my room at 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Loud jarring noises that shook the bed. No idea what that could be. Worst night of sleep!

Water pressure was minimal…Towels were dated…Asked the desk to have the room cleaned and was out 2 hrs… Returned to the room not done…
There were a number of amenities we had no idea we had access to until near checkout. Access to YMCA,bikes and 20 dollar food credit. Upon checkin they took my id and card and pointed to the direction I needed to go to find my room nothing else. Absolutely horrible person to have as a greeter.
Top ratings for everything but the terribly low water pressure in the shower. Fantastic staff, GREAT restaurants!

This was our 3rd stay at your property. Since we had family coming, I booked into a Junior suite, only to find out that when my family arrived, you were oversold and the room choice was not available. We were put in a "residence" room. That room had not toiletries, and NO WORKING PHONE!!!. From a safety standpoint, how could that be? The towels did not smell fresh. The only thing the room had going for it was that the bed was clean and comfortable and so were the bed pillows. We certainly got what was the last room in the hotel and that was even with our family showing up at check in time. I will think hard before booking into this hotel again.
The location and parking was convenient -an easy walk within a block from the Fieldhouse and several restaurants and pubs with a variety of food options and evening entertainment. The room was adequate for our one night stay. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I requested a different room away from a wedding reception in the party room on the 6th floor.
