Perfect Spot to Go for a Concert
The home sat just on the other side of the concert venue. Although it was walkable, a neighbor on a golf cart was offering rides on his 8 person golf cart to the venue. It was perfect. We had plenty of space for us to hang out for the time that we were there!

Great choice for a concert weekend
We came in for a concert at the Ruoff center and were so glad to have found this fabulous house. It is an easy and safe walk to and from the venue. The back deck is great and the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a group. We had 2 moms with teens for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have spent more time in the house but it was a quick trip for us.
