The entrance to the garage was under construction during our stay, so we were forced to use valet service, which was very efficient, but pricey. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were friendly. Numerous restaurants were located few blocks away. The swimming pool was refreshing on a very hot day. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night in a king corner room. Excellent views of monument. Room was great. Bed was excellent. Loved the air purifiers. We did dine and have drinks at restaurant. Great service and food was good. Not bad pricing. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with great service as well. My only complaint is the restroom facilities near pantry. No toilet paper and only 2 were ok to use. Valet was excellent too. Good price for a downtown hotel. Will stay again.

We live just 45 minutes from the Hotel and it makes a great weekend get away. We love going to see in Indians and stay at the Sheraton. The rooftop pool is nice and relaxing.

Staff was great especially the lounge, front desk and cafe staff but clearly the housekeeping staff was strained. Very obviously they were short housekeepers. I loved the convenience of the hotel but the business center did not open until 4 pm daily. This should be advertised. We had to Uber to the public library to use a computer and printer. With our time demands this was a serious inconvenience. What major hotel chain does this, especially when they are located in a business district? Bottom line the stay was acceptable not nothing more.

Good location. Tired and gloomy hotel needing refurbishment. Our room overlooked the circle with a very nice view. Extra charges for everything ($50 dollars if you want a microwave in the room!). Valet parking took half an hour to get our car, long wait for checkout. Didn’t feel like a premium hotel.

The hotel cancelled our room and we weren't notified until we got there to check-in. It was a supposed "maintenance issue." The hotel was over sold so they cancelled all third party bookings like expedia, hotels.com, etc. We weren't the only people in line that had this happen to them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and the food at the bar was really good. I just wish they would do more with the rooftop pool. Would be nice to have more seating and shade options, the views are gorgeous from there, but the sun is brutal and there are only a few umbrellas and no other shade options besides standing in the entrance
