This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between the Guest ("You" or "Your") and the Property Owner or Management Company ("Company," "We," or "Us"). By booking the Property, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms, conditions, and policies outlined below.

General Policies
1. Quiet Hours: Guests and occupants must observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily. Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors may result in fines or termination of the rental without refund.
2. No Smoking: Smoking of any substance (including but not limited to tobacco and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the Property or on its premises. Violations are subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
3. No Parties: The Property may not be used for parties, events, or gatherings without express written approval from the Company. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
4. No RV Parking: Recreational vehicles, trailers, and similar large vehicles are not permitted to park at the Property unless otherwise approved in writing.
5. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the Property. Unauthorized guests are subject to an additional charge of $75 per person per night.
6. Minimum Age: You must be at least 25 years old to book and rent the Property. Proof of age may be required.

Fees and Additional Charges
1. Unauthorized Guests: $75 per guest per night.
2. Smoking Fee: $300 for smoking inside the Property.
