Booked a an executive King suit. Checked in at 930pm and requested not to be placed under the 31st floor lounge (noisy). The front desk person said, “You checked in late, you get what you get”. We were placed in an accessible room with a queen bed under the lounge. The hotel is noisy. We’ve been here dozens of times and the last couple times the experience hasn’t been great. Time to find new accommodations when staying in Indy.

Best hotel view in the city, with easy access to any amenity that you might need. Service is fast and thoughtful, rooms were spotless. Concierge was kind and quick to answer every question. Nowhere we'd rather stay when we visit Indy.

Parking in the hotel’s garage was a challenge. It took over 30 mins to find a spot. We had prepaid so going elsewhere was not an option. After parking, we headed to our room and our key card would not work. It turns out the front desk clerk had given us the wrong room number.

There was blood on my husband's pillow case that did not belong to us! Gross. Self-parking is $55 additional and they did comp that fee for our unclean room conditions. I personally do not think it should cost that much to park at their hotel when you have a room.
