My two night stay was the worst this year. Upon check in I showed my receipt for two rooms and was told we would be on two floors. I asked that be corrected, why would I want two floors for a family stay. They had connecting rooms but my family was unable to get that. The building was not able to accommodate a family above me and I heard noise all night, both nights. Making it hard to sleep/rest. I did call the desk, but it didn’t correct the problem.The tv didn’t work on the 1st night. The front desk was unable to help. The pool was out of commission. The front desk offered no discount or solution. Then after check out I see pending changes, I paid on this app, my card was only to be for a deposit. Now I have to fight the charges. Lastly , it says two pet max but I saw a couple with over 4. The staff didn’t want to correct behaviors or any problems that arose. I won’t be back to that hotel, it was too many issues.
