Our abode hosts three tranquil bedrooms, each with a unique character. The master suite is designed as a personal retreat, with a cozy king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath. The two additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and a pair of queens, ensuring plenty of space for rest, relaxation, and privacy.

Culinary enthusiasts will love our fully-equipped kitchen furnished with top-tier appliances, ideal for whipping up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The open-plan dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals and heartwarming conversations.

Bates Hendricks is a historic neighborhood and one of the most popular in Indianapolis. The neighborhood was founded in 1821 and now features tons of modern and fully rennovated homes. You are actually only a short walk to the Two Chicks and a Hammer store! Two Chicks and a Hammer have their own TV show on HGTV, titled Good Bones!

Being pet-friendly, we have a few rules to make sure everyone's stay is comfortable: pets should not be on any furniture, all pet waste must be properly disposed of, and pets should be placed in a cage when left alone at the property.

For safety considerations, we maintain exterior cameras at the front and back. A noise sensor is placed in the living room to monitor noise levels.
