Located in the historic Butler-Tarkington neighborhood, this home was built in 2003 the newly remodeled apartment with updated furniture it is 720 sq. foot. It boosts vaulted ceilings and lots of windows located within a half block of prestigious Butler University. This lavish apartment is part of a private custom home that was built in 2003. The property has its own private entrance, private full- bath, mini- fridge, microwave and separate heating and air conditioning unit controlled only by you. Sleeps two comfortably in a queen-bed with plenty of dresser and full closet space for longer stays. Located in a prime location (10 min) between beautiful downtown Indianapolis, Mass Ave, and Broadripple. Plenty of free street parking in front of the home for added security and Butler Policy Department is located on same block. Great for parents of Butler students, weekend getaways from the kids or weekday business travelers that would like to stay in a homey atmosphere instead of a hotel. Walking distance to Historic Hinkle Field House, Clowes Hall and Indianapolis Museum of Art (IMA).

My birthday weekend
We came to Indianapolis to see the Indiana Fever women’s basketball team play a game. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday. We enjoyed seeing parts of the city that Paul, our host, recommended to us. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the neighborhood we stayed in

Short trip to Indianapolis
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was located above the garage area and very private. We met our host at the property and he was very nice yet not intrusive. The area felt very safe as the surrounding homes were well kept and beautiful. The campus police department was about a block down the street. We were there for a wedding but were able to explore the area a bit. We would definitely recommend Paul’s VRBO listing and would stay again if we’re even in the area.

Great cozy and comfortable stay!
This coach house is perfect for a quiet stay, whether for a couple of nights or longer. The hosts are fantastic! There was plenty of space for just me and nice and private. Easy parking and convenient to so many great places on the north side of Indy. I highly recommend!

I have never stayed at such a clean, friendly and homey place before. Our hosts were so thoughtful about having everything we need available. I would never stay anywhere else in Indianapolis if we visit again. It is within easy walking distance of Butler and we felt very safe waking to campus even in the evening. Lovely home, quiet, easy parking and I may have to make an excuse to travel to Indiana again just to stay at the Butler Fieldhouse. Our hosts do it right!

Another great stay. If you want to stay near Butler U or the surrounding neighborhood. This is the best place for an individual or couple. Well-appointed Suite on a quiet street a block away from Butler. The owners are good people who make sure you have what you need for a nice stay.

Superb Everything
This is a GREAT property in a GREAT location to do anything in Indy. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s on a quiet street, appx 1 block from Butler University’s campus, and their PD is located on the corner of the same street. The neighborhood is upper middle class and very discreet. The unit is its own stand alone apartment, located above the garage of what seems to be a fairly recent construction home. The property and unit details are meticulously manicured. While it says on street parking, know that the street is every bit of 3.5 lanes wide and you won’t have to perform a parallel maneuver to make it happen. We’ll definitely be back!
