Although renovated it smelled like smoke and weed. No coffee maker or cups in room, no blanket on bed or in room, no soap in bathroom, no table in “suite” or end table. Way overpriced at $200/night

Amazing hotel
The staff were amazing here and help fix an issue with the rooms immediately and make sure I got the room I paid for the entire time I enjoyed my stay I was able to have my service dogs here with no issues there is a pool you're allowed to go into anytime between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and I was breakfast served here every single day 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and actually tastes really good and they have a very big selection there's also a workout room but it is currently under renovation right now The staff is very friendly I would 10 out of 10 always book a stay here!!

Great Hotel
Everything about our stay was amazing here. The pool was open and felt so good. And was very clean. The breakfast was great. We took advantage of the coffee in the evenings. And our room was clean and newly remodeled. They are remodeling, so be patient if you stay here within the next couple of months. Staff was friendly and helped us out when we had any needs. I will be staying here the next time we go to Indy, hands down!!

Not our best stay.
This property is undergoing repairs/renovation. Room 124 is Handicapped accessible with roll in shower. There was signs of mold around the front edge of the shower and around the shower itself. Beds were extra firm and very little counter space between beds. Walls in bedroom and shower showed signs of abuse and dirty. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was hot and enjoyable.

Hotel was under construction and was not listed so was not orepared for that. .Elevator was scary and slipped some betwen floors and got stuck earlier in the day with no notification. Only 1 small trash can was there and located bathroom for 4 people. Beds were nice but noisy and window dressings kept out evening lights when sleeping. Noise level from other guests with kids started early in the morning with running up and down the halls. And evened evening staff was difficult to talk (not very friendly). The wifi barely worked. It was slow and unreliable. Therefore didn't use it due to those issues, took on the costs of our own cell phone plan.

High security deposit
Other then the fact they was in the middle of renovations. The fact that they required $150 security deposit on arrival on top of the cost of the room. Which there was no mention of before hand. Cause of that we had to give up one of the plans for the next day.

I did not like the bad smell in the rooms. construction sound and dust on my floor. The first room assigned was terrible then I requested for another room. Even that was very bad. Since we were very tired as we checked in late and had to leave early, I just did want to go 3 floors down again to change my room with all my bags. not a very good experience. sorry
