This 1-bedroom house in Indian River is perfect for your escape to tranquility. With 3 queen beds and a twin bed, guests can enjoy a tremendous night's sleep. The property offers a washing machine, clothes dryer, WiFi, iron, and AC for a great nights sleep on those hot days in the summer. Enjoy views of the pond in the back yard while sipping on your morning coffee! We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Due to our current railing we are only accepting children over the age of 12.

Also the minimum age requirement for the main renter is currently at 23.

Also when attending our guest house in the winter time be sure to bring slippers or thick socks. We do have wood floors.
