Stayed for 3 nights while touring the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and rooms comfortable and recently upgraded. If you are looking for a good place to stay for a reasonable price I recommend this one.

Appears to be a former Super 8 property. The owners and staff are very personable and you can tell a lot of work gone into the appearance of the property. The room itself was large though with a weird decor, not off putting, just different. There was some deep embedded grime on the floor and some of the paint work and finish was less than professional but overall better than average. Gripes: no conditioner or body wash offered, only 3 pillows provided and neither supportive or soft, bath towels like drying with sandpaper which was odd since the hand towels were soft. Room is also a strange layout, sink is right at the front entrance and the area is carpeted, would expect tile. AC also didn’t work very well. Room was damp and really never cooled down despite running all day and night. Breakfast is provided and completely ordinary. My least favorite part of my stay was the children slamming doors, screaming, and running up and down the hall, happened each morning well before I wanted to wake up. This hotel does cater to a lot of long term stays. For the price, it’s a hard value to beat.

We had a great stay. We had 2 queen beds and plenty of room for our large luggage to be opened and left open. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The desk folks were very friendly. We would stay there again.

The manager at this Parsons Kansas location was very friendly and made sure to come out to say hello and check the breakfast options to make sure everything was well-stocked and fresh. The room was nice, comfortable, clean. Only down side was even the non-smoking areas had some lingering smoke smell, but they did their best to minimize it as best they could. Will stay here again when visiting family again in the future.
